What you get

A pattern map, not a diagnosis.

Most burnout content treats it as a single feeling. The Snapshot treats it as a pattern across four specific dimensions, and shows you which ones are loudest in your life right now.

01 · Energy

Where your tank actually empties

The exhaustion side of burnout — physical, cognitive, and emotional. Where you spend it, where you can't recover it, and what's specifically depleting in your week.

02 · Demands

What's actually being asked of you

Workload, role clarity, emotional load, decision density. Mapped against the JD-R model used in occupational psychology — not against a vague "are you stressed" framing.

03 · Support

What's holding you up — or isn't

Resources, autonomy, relationships, recognition. The protective side of the equation. Burnout doesn't only come from too much demand — it often comes from too little support.

04 · Meaning

Why the work still matters — or doesn't

Purpose, alignment, the gap between what you say is important and what you actually do. The dimension most commonly missed by quick "burnout tests" — and often the most important.

Validated instruments behind the scenes
OLBI (baseline) · JD-R framework · daily check-ins · pattern reflection on Day 5
Your 7 days

One short module a day. Then a real report.

Each day takes about 10 minutes — a short read or video, a brief check-in, and the AI coaching companion if you want to think out loud. By Day 7, the data tells a real story.

  1. Day 1

    Baseline + Energy

A short OLBI baseline so we have a real reference point, then the first dimension — where your energy actually goes during a week, and where it doesn't come back.

  2. Day 2

    Demands

What's actually being asked of you — quantitatively, emotionally, cognitively. Most people overestimate one and underestimate two others; the check-in surfaces that.

  3. Day 3

    Support

The protective side — autonomy, social support, recognition, resources. What's working and what's been quietly missing.

  4. Day 4

    Meaning

Whether the work still aligns with what you actually care about. The dimension that quietly drives the other three when it's out of alignment.

  5. Day 5

    Pattern feedback

Halfway through. What's emerging across the four dimensions? A short reflection from you that feeds into the Day 7 report.

  6. Day 6

    Integration

One small practice tested in your own life. Not a "habit stack" — one specific, testable thing that the data suggests would matter.

  7. Day 7

    Your Snapshot Report

A personalised report mapping where your burnout lives across the four dimensions, what the data suggests, and three specific next steps. Yours to keep.

Why this exists

Most burnout content is a vibe. This is a method.

Most online burnout content lives somewhere between marketing-quiz and self-help-blog. That's fine for awareness, but it doesn't tell you what's actually driving yours, and it doesn't give you a useful next step.

The Snapshot is built around the JD-R model — the same framework used in occupational psychology research and corporate psychosocial risk assessment — and uses the OLBI as a baseline. It won't diagnose you. It will give you a clinically-grounded read on where the patterns sit, and what to do about it.

If you go further afterwards into Self-Guided or the Intensive cohort, your $47 comes off the price. If you don't, you still walk away with a report worth keeping.

Common questions

Things people ask before they pay $47.

Is this a clinical assessment?
No. The Snapshot is a self-serve learning experience designed to map your burnout pattern. It is not a diagnostic tool, a treatment, or a substitute for clinical care. If you're in significant distress, please speak to your GP, an EAP, or call Lifeline (13 11 14 in Australia).
What's the daily time commitment?
About 10 minutes a day. A short module, a brief check-in, and the AI coach if you want to use it. The Day 7 report takes longer to read — ~15 minutes — and is the only piece you'll want to set aside time for.
What happens after Day 7?
Your Snapshot account stays active for 14 days from purchase, so you have time to read the report and decide. After Day 14 the Snapshot account closes. If you upgrade to Self-Guided or Intensive within those 14 days, your $47 comes off the price.
What's on Day 7 exactly? Are you going to upsell me?
Day 7 surfaces three options — 1:1 coaching, Self-Guided ($697), or the Intensive cohort (AUD 2,997). No recommendation. The data informs your decision; the choice is yours. Plenty of people graduate at Day 7 with the report and don't go further. That's a valid outcome.
Refund policy?
If you start the Snapshot and it isn't right for you, email hello@burnout-os.app within 7 days and we'll refund. No friction, no questionnaire.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your check-ins, AI coach conversations, and report are visible only to you. Aggregate, de-identified data may inform clinical research and product improvement. We never sell or share individual data.

Seven days. One report. $47.

If the report isn't worth keeping, we'll refund. If it is, you'll have the clearest picture of your burnout you've had in a while — and a $47 head start if you decide to go further.
